The Assistant General Counsel provides a broad array of hands-on legal advice in the areas of U.S. Government contract law and related subcontract and commercial contract law. Responsibilities will include identifying risks and providing subsequent mitigation strategies, supporting complex transactions and providing expertise in the areas of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and 15 requirements as a prime or major subcontractor. The Assistant General Counsel will work directly with her/his business counterparts, other attorneys, other legal staff and the Bell General Counsel.
