The Counsel will report to the Assistant General Counsel for Litigation and Disputes and, primarily, will assist on a broad range of litigation, arbitration, and investigation matters pertaining to U.S. government, commercial, and international contracts. The Counsel may also be called upon to support the Legal Department’s efforts related to employment litigation, contract claims against the U.S. government, and drafting or negotiating commercial contracts. Perform a variety of legal activities in accordance with established standards of the legal profession to protect the company’s reputation and business interests and to help ensure it complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
