Negotiate, prepare and review various bid documents, contracts and other legal documents to ensure that the best interests of the business are protected. Assist, direct, evaluate and participate in the prosecution and defense litigation matters involving property damage claims, environmental matters, insurance claims, workers compensation claims, or other business related issues. Manage outside counsel with respect to legal matters and assist in evaluation of quality, cost, and efficiency of outside counsel. Assist in managing corporate secretarial affairs of subsidiaries companies.
