Coordinates with the legal department and company stakeholders to manage, organize, review and prepare contracts from internal stakeholders, external customers and/or vendors, including sales, supply, licensing, consulting and IT contracts. Lead or support negotiations of pending contracts with stakeholders, customers and vendors. Monitor contract terms, status reports, renewals and other key milestones. Review final contracts with management for acceptance or rejection of counter proposals.
