The Director, Commercial Contracts will be a critical and highly visible member the law department. You will be a true legal partner to the business in drafting, reviewing and negotiating SaaS (Cloud) agreements. This position may require the lawyer to wear a number of different hats and negotiate a variety of complex issues and agreements. This is a “hands on” role wherein the lawyer will interact daily with internal senior executives, customers and partners.
