Provides legal advice and engages in diverse matters affecting day-to-day business operations (e.g., security interests and liens, real estate sales, foreclosures and easements; joint ventures and LLCs, production and supply agreements, wastewater disposal, site cleanups, intellectual property registrations, equipment leases, warehousing agreements, services agreements, forward contracting, and bankruptcies) by assisting, advising, investigating, researching and resolving legal matters to ensure that Company personnel are aware of and in compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Company is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join our team. The Associate Corporate Counsel reports to the Vice President of the Legal Department of the Northwest Dairy Association and its subsidiaries, providing assistance regarding legal and administrative matters.
