This role will report to the Vice President & Associate General Counsel, Global Functions and Strategic Transactions and will provide counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters to business leaders across multiple global functions. This is a front-line role that requires a confident, commercially minded lawyer with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, counsel must maintain strong client relationships, successfully negotiate and draft agreements for the company and provide business-oriented advice to stakeholders on various corporate and commercial legal issues.
