The primary responsibility of the Staff Attorney, Compliance is to work as a member of the Compliance Department that is responsible for complying with statutory and regulatory requirements under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior AML Counsel. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company’s policies, practices, and procedures. Perform such corporate compliance responsibilities as are assigned from time to time by the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior AML Counsel.
