The successful candidate will provide research, factual information, counsel and guidance on legal questions or issues in support of the Commercial Banking and Corporate/Investment Banking lines of business as well as specified regulatory projects and will work under general supervision of a senior attorney. Identify and analyze legal issues to provide advice to clients in the Commercial Banking and Corporate/Investment Banking lines of business on legal matters generally relating to lending, other commercial transactional matters and regulatory matters. Draft, review and revise legal documents and memoranda.
