Employer is seeking an experienced Deputy General Counsel. The Deputy General Counsel supports the General Counsel in conducting and managing all of the work and activities of the Legal Department, providing legal advice and assistance on the activities of the organization in order to ensure maximum protection of the organization’s legal rights and to maintain its operations consistent with legal requirements. She or he supervises the review of contractual agreements and related budgets, the processing of contract and grant awards and the monitoring of contract and grant reporting.
