As part of the commercial law group, you will be responsible for a variety of commercial matters focusing on contract review, drafting and negotiation, managing outside counsel, and oversight of regulatory matters. Partner directly with field associates as well as internal personnel up to and including executive-level regarding counsel and/or negotiation for individual customer locations and national contracts. You will also work directly with field associates on employment matters. Other projects and duties, as assigned.
