As Corporate Counsel, Contracting and Licensing you will be a key member of our growing legal team. You will be responsible for structuring, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial transactions, both domestic and international. These may involve out-bound subscription as a service agreements, in-bound licensing, professional services agreements, strategic OEM, reseller agreements, vendor contracts, strategic NDA’s and various other partnering and commercial agreements.
