This person will share responsibility for day-to-day legal matters involving company and its affiliated companies, with a particular focus on intellectual property matters (especially patent matters). The person will report to our General Counsel, who is the Company’s chief legal officer. Close cooperation with other in-house legal personnel and outside legal counsel in the United States, Europe, Asia, and other regions is also required.
