The Associate General Counsel will work with the General Counsel on the full range of legal matters that arise for the company with a particular focus on corporate, transactional and securities work. Additional work can include governance, financial regulatory advice and legal compliance matters. This individual will have primary responsibility for the legal aspects of a broad range of transactions that the business conducts including partner, financing and sale, and vendor transactions.
