This person will serve an integral function as a member of our Law Department team. Management of domestic and international trademark portfolio, including searches, trademark prosecution, enforcement, licensing, registration and transactional support. Review advertising materials for claims clearance and compliance with applicable laws and brand requirements; provide legal advice on sweepstakes and contests, including drafting rules; provide strategic advice and review of digital/social/mobile marketing programs. Advise clients on social media issues, including disclosure requirements and endorsement guidelines.
