This position will specifically assist the Asset Servicing business line in addressing trust and fiduciary, ERISA and employee benefit issues. This position will require the individual to draft and negotiate trust and custody agreements and other related agreements, assist the business and operational teams in assessing and mitigating risk, and understand applicable laws and regulations regarding employee benefit plans. Knowledge of plan design and compliance issues is preferred. In addition to supporting the employee benefit business, this position will be expected to support other areas of the Asset Servicing business such as general custody, outsourcing, and fund administration, working with other members of the Asset Servicing legal team.
