The position carries a high level of responsibility and must adhere to rigid schedules to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. The ideal candidate will offer the following abilities and knowledge, as demonstrated in employment history or other experience: provide legal counsel on sophisticated client interests; management experience; analyzing local permitting and zoning requirements; and experience preparing and submitting permits and interfacing with local governments. Assist government relations team with legal support associated with entitlement applications and local agreements necessary for the installation of Client facilities on utility poles and other infrastructure within the public right of way and public utility easements.
