The Compliance Counsel assigned to the Mozambique project will be an on-site position which will be responsible for creating, implementing and sustaining a compliance program for the Joint Venture which executes the project as well as to provide advice on other legal and compliance related matters. Development and implementation of a compliance program for the Joint Venture executing the Mozambique project. Develop policies and procedures to support the compliance program. Work with project management to establish and implement the compliance initiatives needed.
