The Senior Leasing Attorney will maintain data integrity in the preparation, review and negotiation of retail real estate leases holding primary responsibility for the legal support of the Western leasing team. This position will be located in our Salt Lake City corporate office. Draft, review and negotiate standard leases and tenant-drafted leases. Draft, review and negotiate amendments, assignments, termination agreements and other legal documents. Draft default letters for non-monetary tenant defaults.
