Company is seeking a Director of Global Regulatory Affairs to assist with domestic and international food and beverage regulatory work for all of its privately-held farming and food and beverage companies. The Director of Global Regulatory Affairs will be part of the Regulatory Team, responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance associated with producing, advertising and selling food, beverage, and agricultural commodities globally, and will report to the Associate General Counsel -- Regulatory Affairs. The Regulatory Team is part of the legal group at The Company and advises The Company and its affiliates on labeling, advertising, product registration and licensing, claim substantiation, food safety, recalls, product development, pesticide and chemical tolerances, and other areas of regulatory compliance, while helping the businesses expand and reach their business goals.
