Provides professional support to members of the President's staff in a number of technical and legal areas; reviews and drafts proposed contracts; prepares correspondence; conducts research; prepares material for the Office of the Attorney General. Provides technical assistance to campus offices with respect to federal, state, municipal, and University regulations and policies; serves on advisory and search committees; represents the University in proceedings before federal and state agencies. Provides guidance to paralegal staff; and performs other duties, as required.
