Company is seeking a dynamic in-house Corporate Counsel to help us efficiently manage all legal issues for an ever-growing SaaS startup including managing pipeline of sales and business development partnership deals, HR/employment issues, legal disputes, corporate matters, marketing related deals and agreements, and product/technology related deals and agreements. This is a highly visible role and a stellar position for someone that has proven experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating technology transaction agreements and with the ability to help drive transactions to closure and also for someone who has proven ability supporting and providing advice to internal stakeholders. You’ll report directly to our CFO and will be responsible for supporting all global legal issues.
