Legal Department is seeking an additional transactional attorney. This new position will be focused on commercial transactions in company’s growing crude oil business segment. The position will require provision of legal counsel, negotiation and documentation of a variety of transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and commercial arrangements. The position will also require review, drafting, negotiation and provision of legal counsel with respect to real estate, services and other contracts, as well as managing the resolution of disputes and other related legal matters.
