Specific responsibilities will include: Review and negotiation of various commercial and financial agreements with key partners, financial service firms, and vendors. Preparation of proposals and related materials for, and attendance of and participation in, Board of Directors meetings. Providing routine strategic and tactical legal advice to business constituencies throughout the organization. The successful candidate will have approximately three to five years of corporate and securities law experience in a prominent law firm or in the law department of a significant public company.
