Legal Department is seeking an experienced healthcare law attorney to provide legal support, counseling and training related to the commercialization of company’s first product. The Corporate Counsel/Sr. Corporate Counsel’s primary focus will be providing legal support to the product/brand team, including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs or Market Access functions, as well as training and interpretation of the company’s healthcare compliance and ethics policies and standards. Responsibilities include (i) providing legal advice and counsel on issues related to pre-commercialization and commercialization of a pharmaceutical product that is expected to be reimbursed by commercial payers as well as Medicare Part D; (ii) serving as the product/brand attorney lead for the Medical Review Committee, the Promotional Review Committee, and other cross-functional launch teams; and (iii) providing compliance and ethics training to company employees, particularly those in Commercial and Medical Affairs functions.
