This Associate Counsel position (Maritime & Transportation) will function as the primary subject matter expert in a specified field for the Group in the Americas Region. The Associate Counsel will provide legal counsel to the organization across geographies, but in particular to Business Units and Functional Groups in the Americas Region. The position requires well-thought out processes and judgment on a broad range of legal and compliance matters, as well the ability to conceive, implement and monitor processes, procedures and operational activities/issues from a legal perspective.
