The Corporate Counsel is responsible for regulatory compliance for new clubs and businesses, overseeing, with assistance from two licensing professionals, routine regulatory compliance and license renewals and serving as primary counsel for certain licensed/regulated business units. A significant component of the Corporate Counsel’s position will be to implement a formal, company-wide compliance function. Facilitate implementation of a company-wide compliance function, including development of operating standards and training. Support chief compliance officer to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policy.
