We are looking for two talented professionals to fill the position of Senior Counsel –Corporate Litigation servicing our Corporate Law & Patents Business unit, and reporting to the V. P. of Corporate Litigation. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to manage and coordinate litigation for Corporation and its operating companies. Provide competent, practical and timely legal advice in a manner to enable Bayer to minimize legal and financial liabilities, protect corporate interests, and preserve corporate assets. Undertake appropriate procedures and develop strategies, as necessary, to protect and defend corporate interests.
