This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced transactions attorney to be part of a small global transactions legal team handling a wide range of Strategic M&A, joint venture, transaction, and corporate activities. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have detailed legal knowledge of M&A, JVs, preferred stock, securities, corporate finance, and corporate governance and be able to translate this knowledge into actionable advice and into the management of effective legal processes. Assist in the management and negotiation of M&A and other strategic transactions in cooperation with others in the Legal Department, the Corporate Development Department and other senior business leaders.
