We are searching for a highly motivated Attorney with strong contract drafting and negotiation skills to join our in house legal staff in a dynamic role where you will be responsible for legal matters that pertain to the organization under the direction of the Managing Counsel. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to work closely with Global Supply Chain and Global Sales organizations from process inception to closure. Provides a variety of general corporate and commercial legal services to a number of in-house clients. Attentive to legal issues involving the organization’s government and regulatory compliance in project execution.
