Based on legal expertise, provide advice and support to company’s businesses in the United States and elsewhere on commercial matters, including the drafting, negotiation and implementation of contracts. Deliver specialist legal advice and support to senior management and other business colleagues in the divisions and commercial and manufacturing subsidiaries on commercial matters (e.g., pricing and reimbursement of medical devices and pharmaceuticals, public and private procurement, healthcare fraud and bribery, manufacturing, distribution, data privacy, advertising and promotion of medical devices and pharmaceuticals, anti-trust/competition, international trade, licensing), advising and reporting on legal risks in the business programs as appropriate.
