The VP and Senior Counsel—Real Estate Acquisitions will be responsible for leading legal team participation in selected real estate acquisitions and dispositions of the Company, a diversified, privately held real-estate investment company and master-planner. This position will also be responsible for providing legal support for a diverse mix of matters, including Resort Division transactional matters and selected corporate secretary, intellectual property, information technology, privacy law and marketing matters. The successful candidate will be based in the Company’s Newport Beach corporate offices and will supervise a senior paralegal.
