The Corporate Attorney – Advertising and Trademarks will provide legal services in all areas of advertising, promotion, and trademark law; will work closely with all levels of Marketing; and will have strong business acumen. This position will be responsible for legal review of advertising and promotion/contest activities and will provide legal support in all areas of advertising and marketing communications. This position will be the primary contact on all trademark searches, use and maintenance activities (including managing the trademark docketing system); will be responsible for performing all searches and evaluating and reporting on same, and for all registration filings, maintenance activities, and office action responses.
