Be responsible for a diverse range of litigation matters in a multitude of practice areas and in numerous jurisdictions across the country and around the world. Work closely with the Litigation Team to identify and mitigate potential litigation issues, while providing risk management and counsel to business teams when necessary. Review and analyze legal risks for company nationally and internationally. Collaborate with outside counsel to efficiently resolve lawsuits and manage all aspects of outside counsel relationships, including staffing, litigation strategy, budgets, work product, and developing initiatives for reducing outside counsel spend.
