We are seeking an Employment Practices Attorney, to be based in San Francisco, CA. This attorney will support the business and human resources professionals at corporate and field operating locations throughout the country by providing employee relations subject matter expertise, investigation guidance, recommendations in resolving employee relations issues, manage state and agency audits and manage worker misclassification claims. The incumbent will drive the development of best in class, consistent employment practices, policies, tools and training programs that align with the company’s employee engagement strategy, values, and business goals.
