The successful candidate will serve as the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for a multi-strategy online investment adviser. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable operating in a dynamic business environment, assessing the applicability of laws and regulations to initiatives of the adviser and related parties. As General Counsel, you will be responsible for negotiating, writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching and executing a wide variety of agreements, including marketing agreements, license agreements, real estate leases, confidentiality agreements, and other general business contracts both domestically and internationally.
