The Intellectual Property Counsel helps develop company’s overall intellectual property strategy, manages the prosecution, enforcement and monetization of company’s IP portfolios (patent, trademark, and copyright), reviews and negotiates technology and IP-related agreements, and provides general support and advice regarding technology and IP-related issues for company and its affiliates. Recommends optimal strategies for protecting, leveraging and monetizing company’s intellectual property portfolios (patent, trademark, and copyright). Develops and manages internal patent disclosure and protection program.
