Direct and manage legal activities and functions supporting the Sourcing and Supply Chain business units. Manage a team of attorneys responsible for reviewing and negotiating company’s portfolio of 1,500 service, supply and distribution agreements with annual purchases by participating members in excess of $50 billion. Assist the SVP/General Counsel with M&A related activities. Establishes legal services required, helps to ensure that corporate risk is appropriately managed and drives to achieve corporate goals. Experience managing other attorney’s is preferred.
