The Senior Corporate Counsel will be responsible for the following: Draft and negotiate partnership agreements, software / SaaS licenses and other complex commercial documents. Independently drive the legal side of business development initiatives, in close coordination with deal team leads. Analyze and explain contractual issues, assess legal risks and give clear advice to executives. Prepare letters of intent and term sheets, in addition to privacy policies and terms of use for Company apps and websites. Provide guidance on a variety of open source topics.
