This Senior Compliance Counsel position will report to the Assistant General Counsel for Enterprise Compliance and will have exposure to a wide variety of management level employees throughout the Company, including Senior Management. Assist in all aspects of providing legal support for Licensing, Regulatory Examination Management and related business functions. Work within the Regulatory Compliance division of the Legal Department to analyze and strategize licensed entities’ approach to incoming licensing examination notices. Work in concert with business contacts to assemble relevant artifacts to support licensing examination responses and general licensing matters.
