Experience representing academic medical centers, health care providers, universities and/or public sector entities is preferred. Ability to provide legal advice to administrative and professional personnel as well as representing the Health System in court and administrative proceedings. Ability to address multiple areas of law including providing advice to public and non-profit entities on Stark, Anti Kick, physician employment and practice acquisitions, payor agreements, software and hardware agreements, leases as well as patient care, resident and medical staff issues.
