This position is primarily responsible for the provision of legal advice regarding risk management, patient care, environmental safety, ethics, and regulatory matters to the clinical staff and administration of hospital. It also includes providing such advice on an "on call" basis for organization and its affiliates. It includes responsibility for the interpretation of laws and regulations and TJC standards and provision of advice on related issues. It involves the development and review of policies and medical/legal/ethical presentations for employees.
