The Counsel will work as a team member and independently to provide legal support to the strategy, business development and origination teams as well as commercial activities involving global project developments, mergers and acquisitions and project finance. The Counsel will be expected to deliver timely and quality legal services to clients with minimal supervision; manage outside legal resources effectively and develop strong relationships in a hard-working, fast-moving and ever-changing business environment. The Counsel will be forward-thinking and front-facing to internal clients and commercial counterparties and will be involved in a significant amount of “deal flow”.
