Reporting to the Executive Vice President/General Counsel functions as the Compliance and Privacy Officer for the organization and is responsible for implementing and managing an organization wide compliance program consistent with the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General’s (OIG’s) guidance for effective compliance programs, coordinating and communicating key program elements to employees and management, working closely and within the Enterprise Risk framework ,with Internal Audit, as well as leadership and management. Responsibilities include annual risk assessment and quarterly performance reporting.
