Utilizing balanced lawyering to negotiate, draft and close a wide variety of complex client contracts, including payroll administration, tax filing services, time and labor management services, benefits administration services, talent management services, and business process outsourcing services under limited supervision. The primary focus is client contracts and documents related to client contracts, including maintaining and updating such contracts; however, additional responsibilities will include conducting periodic training on the services and agreements and the contract process in general for Sales; assisting in connection with responses to RFPs; reviewing marketing materials; and occasionally, as needed, negotiating and drafting strategic alliance agreements, reseller agreements, professional services agreements, nondisclosure agreements and other legal documents. In addition, the position will require providing general legal advice as required on other matters relating to the Major Account Services business unit.
