Company is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 -7 years of commercial transactions experience to join its legal team. This position will involve counseling various business units in the procurement of goods and services in support of company’s internal business operations. The successful candidate will be an experienced corporate generalist who: Has 5 – 7 years of relevant experience at a top tier law firm and/or in-house (public company) legal department. Can provide practical legal and business advice with regard to a wide variety of issues arising in the context of corporate operations, including those relating to real estate, facilities (design, construction and maintenance), security, environmental health and safety, energy, data centers, intellectual property, employment, travel, data protection and privacy, and corporate compliance.
