Company seeks a sophisticated and experienced attorney with management experience to fill the position of Assistant General Counsel in company’s U.S.-based legal department. This specific position will be primarily responsible for the legal affairs of company’s largest U.S. based affiliate, which has operations throughout the country managed by the corporate headquarters in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This very exciting and challenging position will report directly to the General Counsel for the Americas, and will be responsible for handling a broad range of legal issues, including complex litigation, contract negotiations, legal support of business initiatives, counseling of company management, implementation of internal compliance programs, and training.
