Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer as a member of company’s senior leadership team, the Vice President & General Counsel will define, implement and execute the company’s legal, compliance and risk management strategies and processes, counseling on strategic business initiatives, transactions and decisions of importance to the Company, and participate in corporate strategy planning and implementation. As the leader of the company’s legal function and team, in collaboration with other senior leaders throughout the business this individual plays a critical role in defining the capabilities, culture and success of the organization. Support development of business and compliance strategies for new business initiatives, technologies and programs, and adapting to regulatory changes.
