Drafting, reviewing and negotiating lease and lease related agreements including letters of intent, subleases, lease terminations, renewals, lease amendments, assignments, etc. Provide general legal advice regarding real estate transactions including due diligence, design and construction matters, ADA compliance, insurance, tax, and environmental liability. Provide counsel/guidance and strategic advice to Real Estate regarding the economic impact of conforming issues, identify and clarify economic terms and general business issues. Manage outside Counsel on complex real estate matters, negotiate competitive fee agreements and manage expenses.
