The responsibility of the Counsel will to assist the legal department in managing the flow of contracts for review and a variety of regulatory licensing needs. The Counsel also works closely with business units on legal issues relating to company’s on-going operations matters and new initiatives. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Respond promptly to legal requests from the company's various business units, including merchandising, sales operations, information services and other business clients.
